Amy Hope of CD Strata is the Licensed Strata Manager who manages the complex where I reside in Bowral. I have been dealing with Amy for a number of years now as a Strata Committee member and an owner/occupier. During the many interactions I have had with Amy I have always found her to be incredibly professional, experienced, knowledgeable, communicative, pro-active, reliable and responsive.
Most importantly though is that Amy is friendly, approachable, down to earth, considerate of all parties involved and has a great sense of humour – which we all know is imperative in strata situations!
